Job description

Job Highlights:
Join our dynamic HR team as an Admin Assistant (Document Management) If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working with both physical and digital documents, and thrive in an organised, fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you

As an Admin Assistant (Document Management), you'll play a key role in the transition of our HR records from paper to digital format.

You'll contribute to improving efficiency and accessibility in HR document management while ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Nearest MRT: Kent Ridge
Working hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)
Salary: up to $2,655 per month
Contract duration: 6 months (with a possibilities of extension)

Job Descriptions:

  • Digitisation of HR documents and records (includes physical moving of boxes of files from
    store room to desk using trolley, sort and scan hardcopy documents, e-file documents,
    shred hardcopy documents)

Job Requirements:

  • Only Singaporean.

  • GCE A Levels or Diploma inany related field.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experiences.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Words & PowerPoint.
