Administrative Assistant
Work location: Tampines Industrial Crescent.
Salary: $2000
3 months contract to perm role
Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm
Open to recently graduated candidates with no working experience.
On job training will be provided.
• Handles incoming phone calls, fax and e-mail messages.
• Ensure that there is administrative support available to all the employees at any point in time.
• Prepare and manage Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Goods Receive Note, etc.
• Prepare & follow up action items from outstanding sales
• Clean up data entry of projects and follow up action items
• Ensure all files are organise
• Key in all bills to pay in accounting system
• Scanning, filing and ensure all files are organised
• Ensures that the office is kept tidy and well organized at all times.
• Plans, organizes and schedules meetings for the Management and staff.
Prepares minutes if requested.
• All Adhoc administrative works where applicable
