Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and manage offboarding procedures
- Maintain training records, arrange internal and external training, and coordinate with HQ
- Handle general admin tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling
- Manage employee rosters and monitor attendance records
- Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and support the hiring process
- Track and maintain leave records, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Assist operations in generating and compiling monthly workforce reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative or coordinator role is an advantage
- Proficient in Power Point, Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
