Job Descriptions:
· Preparation of quotations, job sheet, fault report, monthly claim & invoices for customer
· Answering incoming calls
· Provide administrative support to Project Team
· Handling and manage of email
· To monitor and follow up project-related submission
· To consolidate service reports/checklists and keep proper records
· Ensure proper documents of all records
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
· Minimum O level or equivalent
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Minimum Two years of related working experience
