Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Assist in manpower/equipment planning, booking and sourcing
- Update of daily and monthly manpower/ equipment booking records
- Assist in all documentation works
- Coordinating works between various departments
- Ad-hoc administrative works
Requirements:
- Min qualification GCE 'O' Level and above
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Good command in both English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers/workers
- Able to work under fast pace environment and deliver tight work schedules
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Working location in west
- 5.5 days week
