As an Admin Assistant, Operations (Community Healthcare Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Collaborate with therapists to support the application process for funding and the procurement of therapy equipment.
- Monitor the delivery status of therapy devices after patient discharge and verify billing details before seeking approval from Therapy Leads.
- Update and revise fund applications and equipment orders based on therapists' requests.
- Organize and maintain records and communications from government agencies related to funding applications.
- Perform reconciliation of the general ledger and prepare quarterly reports for claim submissions.
- Manage stationery inventory and submit requests for replenishment when necessary.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
