Job Description
- Liaise with HR, Finance, and Facilities on staff matters, claims, and access passes
- Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communications
- Monitor and replenish inventory (PPE, stationery, company assets)
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide file information
- Track and report damaged tools with Maintenance team
- Process purchase requests, follow up on orders, and complete receipts
- Support office 6S standards and update posters when required
- Manage locker and shoe rack distribution and records
- Collaborate with colleagues and assist in ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- GCE N / O Level / Nitec qualification
- Minimum 1 year admin experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting
