Job description

Contract Period: From 1 Oct 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 with an option to extend for another year

Working hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30am to 5.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

  • Fridays: 7.30am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:

1) Print & distribute worksheets & teaching materials timely

2) Assist teachers in preparation of teaching materials

3) Basic maintenance of cleanliness and tidiness in printing room

4) Perform receptionist duties:

e.g. Answer incoming calls, resolve caller's enquries wherever
possible, redirect appropriate queries to in-charge, attend to
walk-in students, parents, vendors and public visitors in the
General Office, etc

5) Attend to sick &/or injured pupils, incident reporting

6) Assist to prepare & distribute administration documents timely

7) Basic maintenance of cleanliness and tidiness in the General Office and reception area

8) Other adhoc work and duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.

Qualification, Skill & Experience:

1) At least GCE O-level

2) Able to converse, read and write in English

3) At least 2 years relevant experience in general administration.

4) Working experience in school will be an added advantage.

5) Comfortable working in printing room environment.

6) Organized, meticulous and is able to multi task.

7) Good communication and interpersonal skills.

8) Comfortable working with children.
