Position : Admin Assistant (Purchasing) - Training Provided (Tampines)
Location : Tampines Industrial Crescent
Working hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2600 Basic + 14 Days Annual Leave
Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Source for items required by the company.
- Monitor PO's status and ensure on time delivery and commitment.
- Identify new supplier sources with good quality products and competitive pricing.
- Maintain supplier's pricelist on all items.
- Be responsible for suppliers' audits (performance evaluation), if any.
- Co-ordinate with customers and suppliers on the parts requirement.
- Verify supplier's invoices for payment.
- Monitor the performance of suppliers and resolve quality issues.
- Generate monthly procurement reports for management review.
- Help to maintain parts inventory
- All Adhoc administrative works where applicable
Requirements:
- Min O Level
- Purchasing experience preferred
- Training will be provided
