Responsibilities
• secretarial tasks including daily administrative work supporting both management and team members
• provide timely and effective travel arrangement
• drive continuous improvement of general office/clean desk management
• documentation of process/supply chain database and follow up on supply chain setup requests
• ensure good functioning of facilities, office equipment and facilitation of new people onboarding
• supporting setup of all hands meeting, workshops and team events.
Requirements
• Graduate with Diploma in Business Administration or certificate in general administration with 2 years working experience.
• Good command of English with an outspoken personality, systematic and possess good time planning are desired.
• Good skill set with use of excel, words and powerpoint.
• Aptitude to working autonomously within given boundary and willing to challenge where relevant.
• Ability to multitask and being timely.
• Working experience or exposure to a diverse cultural working environment will be an added advantage.
