As Pawkit grows rapidly, we are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Admin Assistant to join our team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage bookings, invoices, and payment tracking
Maintain accurate customer, pet, and vendor records in our system
Prepare reports and update spreadsheets/documents
- Customer & Vendor Coordination
Assist the CS team in scheduling appointments and confirming bookings
Liaise with groomers, vets, and service providers for availability and updates
- Office & Logistics Management
Oversee stock and supplies for Pawkit operations
Coordinate delivery of medical kits, grooming equipment, and logistics
- General Support
Assist management with ad-hoc projects
Prepare simple communications, documents, and reports when needed
