Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Answer enquiries to customers by telephone call / text or email.
Telemarketing - conduct outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Prepare and generate quotation, delivery order and invoice.
Liaise and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Process sales order and follow up payment with clients.
Coordination, monitor and troubleshooting assistance for client's order & account status.
Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent.
With 1 – 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in telemarketing, sales & customer service is required.
Proactive and positive working attitude.
Meticulous with good organizational skills.
Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to multi tasks and work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office.
5.5 days, weekdays + alternate Saturday morning.
