We are looking for a pro-active and organised Admin Assistant to support our Director.
The role is perfect for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
It involves handling tasks to ensure the smooth operation to support for the Director's daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly meeting slides with sales report data for the Director's review.
- Manage and organise Google Calendar and Google Drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Design and update materials using Canva or Microsoft Office Suites for presentations and reports.
- Make calls as needed to schedule appointments for the Director.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external team members.
Requirements:
- Local Diploma or higher (required).
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Work collaboratively with the team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Quick to adapt to environment.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
