Admin Assistant - Temp 1 Year Contract.
Location: Central region, Singapore
Contract Duration: 12 months
Monthly Salary: SGD $2,600
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Process appeals related to certifications
- Support communications and administrative tasks
- Verify and process certificates submitted via system
- Perform accurate data entry and update team records
- Handle any queries
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Good communication skills to handle employer queries effectively
- Singapore Citizens only
