Job Title: Admin Assistant (ID1620)
Location: Central
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9.30am – 6pm.
Sat 9.30am – 1.30pm (Alt Sat)
Salary: $3000 – $3400
Job Description:
• Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and filing documents
• Organize and maintain records and files
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
• Coordinate and oversee the full order processing and shipping cycle
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in admin experience
