Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support in the clinic
Support the clinical team to assist in patients' general enquiries and screen the patients’ general condition, administer safe management measures etc.
Registration and onboarding of new patients, updating of databases accurately
Billing/invoicing and collection of payment from patients
Liaison, preparation and submission of claims to respective agencies/insurance companies
Monitor the AR collection and closely follow up the overdue accounts
Administrative tasks such as sorting and digital archival of documents, internal dispatching, document mailing, receiving of item, inventory management etc.
Liaise with clinical staff on stock management and accurate/appropriate replenishment, make timely and accurate inventory purchases, manage centre billing activities, e.g., issuance/tracking of orders and invoices, ensure timely weekly/monthly reporting and payment.
Handle phone calls and front counter duties especially during switchover of shifts and communicate messages accurately to respective staff.
Assisting Nurse Manager to coordinate all aspects of patient’s appointment bookings.
Coordinate and provide support for all centre meetings and events.
Maintain cleanliness, safety and order at the centre’s non-treatment areas.
Additional operational related support as required by the company
Requirements
Diploma or Higher NITEC qualifications
Preferably with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar healthcare capacity or 4 years in an administrative/frontline role.
Some finance background is required, must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and consolidating figures for reporting.
Preferably with experience in handling procurement processes
Meticulous and with strong administration, coordination and organisational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
