Admin Assistant/HR Assistant (Office | Work Life Balance) - Up to 3,000 + Bonus Job Opening In North East Community Development Council – Now Hiring Search Personnel Pte Ltd


Job description

  • Position:  Admin Assistant/HR Assistant
  • Location: Kaki Bukit
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Building Management & Automation System

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support
  • Support HR functions such as staff records, leave tracking, and basic payroll support
  • Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess at least GCE 'N' Level or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers)
