Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare reports
2.
Order Management: Manage order status, track inventory, and coordinate with logistics teams.
3.
Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide order updates.
4.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist with stock management.
5.
Returns and Refunds: Process returns, issue refunds, and resolve customer complaints.
6.
Support catering operations
Qualification Requirements
• Food Hygiene Cert
-GCE N Level
• PC literate ( Excel / Powerpoint )
Salary $1980 per month
