Admin Coordinator (East, up to $3100) - TK
Working Location: East (Walking distance from Kaki Bukit MRT)
A Japanese manufacturing company located in Kaki Bukit is hiring for an Admin Coordinator to support the Sales Team.
Working hours: 9 am to 5 30 pm (Monday to Friday)
AWS + Variable Bonus Provided
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation, database management, and coordination.
- Respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and assist in resolving sales‑related matters.
- Oversee inventory management, including creating new product records, tracking purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Enter purchase orders promptly, maintain weekly reschedule reports, and coordinate shipments or local deliveries with forwarders.
- Manage resale/purchase prices and price discrepancies in backlog, updating databases following quarterly or annual cost‑down adjustments.
- Perform general support tasks such as daily filing of delivery order acknowledgements and posting updates in databases.
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of related work experience.
- Committed and able to work long‑term in an organization.
- Proficiency and competency in MS Office.
- Prior working experience as a sales coordinator or in an admin support role will be an added advantage.
