Job description

Admin Coordinator / Order Fulfillment Planner (Junior)
Location: Loyang
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2500 - $3200

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, including order processing and shipment coordination.

  • Coordinate and track Purchase Orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.

  • Assist in planning and monitoring demand and supply commitments.

  • Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding orders and requirements.

  • Support customer account management, shipment tracking, and review of raw material needs.

  • Maintain product configurations, BOMs, and related records in the JO database.

  • Prepare and analyze reports to support business operations and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with teams and suppliers to resolve issues, improve processes, and perform other assigned duties.
