Job Descriptions
Accounting Duties:
• Assist in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
• Data entry and filing of accounting documents
• Perform data entry into accounting software
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Accounts Manager
Administrative Duties:
• Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
• Support ad-hoc duties, projects and coordinate company activities as assigned
Job Requirements
• Min.
Diploma in Accounting/Finance or any relevant field
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently
• Able to start work in short notice.
Working Location: West
5-day work week (Monday to Friday) 8.30am - 5.30pm
