Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Issue and follow-up purchase orders and delivery orders.
- Issue of monthly invoices.
- Assist HOD in monthly accounts closing.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and records.
- Perform other general administrative support as required.
Job Requirements:
- O-Level holder with minimum 1-year relevant experience in construction industry.
- Comfortable working in workshop environment.
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive and independent.
- Have basic AP/ AR knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Office Application.

- Workshop Location: 8 Tuas South Street 10, Singapore Nearest MRT station Tuas Link
- Company transport provided - Choa Chu Kang MRT pickup point to Tuas South Workshop
