- To check and generate financial documents according to checklist
- To coordinate with team members and colleagues from various departments on completeness of financial documents
- To perform filling of hardcopy documents and scanning into softcopy
- To send statement of accounts and periodic reminder to clients on outstanding
- To process payment to vendors and staff
Criteria
- Min O level holder with at least 2 years of administrative experience.

- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Words.
- Proficient in typing
- Meticulous and organised with positive attitude
- With good passion to service clients
