We are a growing home-cooked meal subscription service (Tingkat) looking for a friendly and organised Admin & Customer Service Executive to help us deliver fresh meals daily and keep our subscribers happy

Salary: S$1,300 – S$1,600/month, depending on experience

What You'll Do:
您的工作内容:
Handle subscriber enquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp
通过电话、电邮或 WhatsApp 处理客户咨询
Manage subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and dietary requests
管理订阅、续订、取消以及饮食要求
Maintain subscriber database & generate daily order/delivery sheets
维护客户资料库并生成每日订单/配送清单
Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with packing team
协调配送时间并与打包团队沟通
Communicate professionally with clients in English and Mandarin
能以英文和中文与客户进行专业沟通
Assist with supplier orders, inventory, bookkeeping, and grant documentation
协助供应商订单、库存、账务以及相关补助文件的整理
What We're Looking For:
我们正在找:
2–3 years' experience in admin/customer service; F&B experience is a plus
2–3 年行政或客户服务经验;有餐饮业经验者优先
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and office software; Airtable/CRM a plus
熟练使用 Excel、Google Sheets 和办公软件;有 Airtable/CRM 经验者更佳
Fluent in English and Mandarin
流利的英文和中文沟通能力
Organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
具备良好的组织能力、积极主动、注重细节,能在快节奏环境中处理多任务
