Admin & Events Executive | Social Service | Govt Job Opening In Jurong East – Now Hiring BGC Group Pte Ltd


Job description

Highlights:

  • Contract Duration: 12 months
  • Salary: $3160 per month
  • Nearest MRT:Jurong East
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6pm.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Min.

    1 year working experience in event management & planning and admin duties
  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage events including publicity, invitation, logistics & coordination, and registration matters
  • Liaise with event vendors when required
  • Maintain records of payments, approvals, and claims.

  • Draft specifications for evaluation and contract management
  • Gathering, processing and reviewing volunteer and stakeholder data
  • Creating various EDMs and creative materials
  • Other duties as assigned
