We are seeking a skilled and proactive Admin Executive/ Assistant to join our dynamic team at GLORY RISE GROUP PTE.

In this full-time role, based in the Orchard Central Region, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and maintain office administration tasks, including document handling, filing and meeting coordiantion.
- Assist in client and partner reception.
- Support the team with various administrative projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring efficient operations
- Support HR-related tasks such as data organization.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, ideally within the Administration & Office Support industry
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese; able to handle bilingual communication and documentation independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents are preferred.
