Key Responsibilities:
- Sort/distribute/collect domestic & intl.
mail.
- Support ad-hoc doc fulfilment tasks.
- Assist walk-ins & phone enquiries.
- Prep, sort, batch docs for scanning.
- Remove bindings, repair docs as needed.
- Team collaboration to meet SLA.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min.
1–2 years' experience in document processing/mailroom/logistics.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments with high accuracy.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.
- Basic admin & computer skills (MS Excel & Word).
- Willing to do OT as required.
- Willing to work at different sites on short notice.
