What You'll Do:
You will report to the Director and your scope of work will include, but is not limited to:
Administrative Support
- Managing client correspondence and document filing
- Coordinating with clients on deadlines and document submissions
- Supporting day-to-day office administrative functions
Financial Reporting Tasks
- Adjusting margins and formatting of financial statements for clients' review and approval
- Liaising with clients for review, approval, and finalisation of financial statements
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good communication and time management skills
- Knowledge of UBS/Million Accounting software will be an advantage
- Prior experience in accounting firms or corporate service providers is a plus but not required
