Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support : Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations across departments
- Document Management : Maintain and organize digital and physical records, ensuring easy access and compliance with company policies
- Scheduling and Coordination : Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members and stakeholders
- Communication Handling : Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
- Office Supplies Management : Monitor and order office supplies to maintain efficient workflow
- Event Coordination : Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions
- Data Entry and Reporting : Accurately input data into company systems and generate reports as required
- Expense Tracking : Support finance by maintaining records of expenses and processing invoices
- Policy Compliance : Ensure all administrative processes adhere to company policies and local regulations
- Team Support : Collaborate with team members to assist with ad-hoc tasks and contribute to a positive office environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of administrative tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
