Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative and clerical duties
- Prepare and maintain documents, records, and reports
- Support data entry and simple accounting or billing tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and office organization
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Open to applicants currently based in Malaysia or Singapore
- Training and remote onboarding available
