Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Admin Executive
to join our Research Grants and Scholarship Management (RSGM) team.
In this role, you will provide crucial administrative and operational support for the management of research grants, scholarship stipends, and event logistics.
You will assist with day-to-day operations and help ensure compliance with institutional policies, grant requirements, and reporting procedures.
Job Details:
Duration: 6 months
Working Hours/Days: Mon- Fri, Office Hours
Location: West, Near MRT
Key Responsibilities:
Grant Application & Variation Requests:
Conduct completeness checks on grant applications and variation requests to ensure all documentation meets required standards.
Grant Reporting:
Review Progress and Final Reports for all grants to confirm documentation accuracy.
Scholarship Stipends:
Prepare and process all paperwork related to scholarship stipends.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
Assist in preparing and maintaining SOPs for grant-related processes.
Financial Management:
Support the preparation and follow-up of final Statements of Account for grants.
Panel Coordination:
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Approval Panel meetings (2026).
Event Support:
Provide logistical support for key events in Q1 2026
Communication:
Manage email correspondence related to new Assistant Professor staff for SUG grant invitations.
Meeting Coordination:
Assist in scheduling grant meetings for 2026 with Associate Deans and support other scheduling needs.
Storeroom Management:
Assist in disposing of obsolete or expired records according to policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Min.
Diploma/Degree
Experience in
grant management, research compliance, or research administration
is advantageous
Exceptional attention to detail, especially in document review and SOP compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with databases
