Responsibilities**
- Prepare and manage trade-related documents
- Support accounting tasks such as issuing invoices and managing payments/receipts
- Organize documents, perform data entry, and manage filing
- Handle visitors, phone calls, and email correspondence in both Japanese and English
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Any other ad-hoc assigned.
Requirements
- 2 years experiences in administration.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
