About the Role
We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Executive to support our management and operational teams.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our administrative, HR, and operational support functions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational ability in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth departmental workflow.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and other management documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and service providers on administrative and procurement matters.
- Support HR-related functions such as attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Assist in preparing management reports, budget tracking, and cost monitoring.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation of company SOPs and ISO documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, food processing, or logistics sectors will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
