Administrative Support
- Coordinate and arrange logistics, such as catering, transport, venue booking etc for meetings, events, and company functions
- Collate and submit finance documents to process payments
- Review and process applications accurately
- Manage Learning Management System for Courses
- Assist to manage and organise schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Liaise with stakeholders for exam processing matters
- Collate and create assessments in NUS systems
- Budgeting for new intake exams and programmes
- Co-lead the programme
- Handle general enquiries and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Operational Support
- Facilitate course workshops or lectures, whether in-person or virtual
- Support examinations and courses during office and non-office hours by performing tasks such as invigilation and ushering
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and platforms such as Zoom and MS Team is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
