Position Overview
We're looking for a hands-on Admin Executive to support both HR and Finance functions in our growing SME.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping, including accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and payroll support.
Assist with month-end reporting, financial data reconciliation, and statutory filings (GST, IR8A, IR21).
Support HR processes: recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, leave administration, performance management, and staff engagement initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR and finance records, prepare reports, and assist management with ad hoc tasks.
Liaise with internal teams and external service providers as needed.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, HR, Finance or related fields.
2–3 years' experience in HR, Accounting, or Administration preferred.
Strong knowledge of Singapore HR and payroll practices, and basic accounting principles.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude and willing to take on a variety of tasks in a lean SME environment.
Only applicable for Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents, due to work pass restrictions.
