Job Responsibilities
- Conduct stocktake of physical files and documents to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Perform data entry and convert hardcopy materials into softcopy formats (Excel/Word/PDF)
- Liaise with appointed digitisation vendor to coordinate scanning processes
- Carry out quality checks on scanned images to ensure completeness, clarity, and compliance with standards
- Provide general administrative support including preparation, organisation, and processing of office documents
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree from a recognised institution
- Detail-oriented, systematic, and responsible in handling documents
- Comfortable working with both office systems and physical files/storage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Working Hours & Location
- Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Central Singapore
