Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management (CEO & COO): Organizing and maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangement.
- Administrative Support: Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Assist with various administrative tasks like office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Billing and Job opening/amendment:
- To provide services to Project Teams in project-related administration activities (e.g. job opening/amendment, billings, etc)
- To process job opening/amendment and billings in SAP
- To provide guidance to Projects on related processes and policies
- To liaise with different departments (e.g. AR, AP, etc) in solving project-related administration issues
- Meeting Support: Scheduling meeting and ensuring smooth meeting logistics.
Event Planning: Coordinating and organizing events
Job Requirements:
- Basic MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint knowledge
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally (spoken and written)
- Able to work well in a team as well as independently
- Problem solving skills & attention to detail
