1) Project Support
- Checking of project budgets, as necessary.
- Performance of billings for respective projects and dispatch of invoices in accordance with clients' practices.
- Assist in updating project schedules and timelines and creating project certificates for clients' acceptance.
2) Administrative Support
- Assist Training Manager in daily tasks and Security Clearance for participants.
- Assist in HR matters such as onboarding/exit management, staff welfare coordination, and office matters coordination.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory; procure, manage, and take regular inventory of office equipment and supplies.
3) Record Keeping & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and project records.
- File completed project-related documents and maintain a proper filing system for easy access and retrieval.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
4) Vendor and Supplier Management
- Vendor management for ATC (Defence and Commercial).
- Manage and update purchase orders; ensure timely payment to avoid disruption in provision of goods and services.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office-related services and supplies.
5) Any Other Responsibilities
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks, assignments, or projects assigned by management.
