The Job:
Administrative Executive
Price quotation and update of product catalogue;
Consolidating orders, issuance of Purchase Order and tracking of shipment status;
Preparing and checking ingredient sticker labels to ensure compliance;

Assist to fill up product listing forms, customer stock card maintenance, tracking customer orders and fulfilment status;
.
Stock inventory management including but not limited to creation of product codes, uploading of goods received in the inventory system;
.
Proper filing and maintenance of accounting records and official documents;
.
Admin support to Sales and Accounts;
.
Support ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.
