What you'll be doing
- Assist the sales team with managing customer accounts, orders, and inquiries
- Prepare sales quotes, invoices, and other sales documents in a timely manner
- Review tender documents to extract relevant requirements for distribution to relevant stakeholders for follow up actions
- Monitor tender timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure submission deadlines are met.
- Experience in tender submission
- Source through various portals to identify relevant leads and assigned out to the appropriate sales personnel
- Guide Sales Team on file management and proper documentation practices and usage of sales toolkits
What we're looking for
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Can speak Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
