Job Description
- Assisting the Manager on end-to-end recruitment, i.e. job postings, shortlisting, schedule and conducting interviews for hiring managers, preparing new hire's on-boarding, orientation and exit of staff
- Administer the full payroll cycle process including submission of CPF
- Assist the HR team with general HR administrative work
- Manage claim verifications and submission of company expenses
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Local Diploma in any field (Required)
- Good communication skills
- Proactive, able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Good team player with positive working attitude
