Responsibilities
Able to maintain confidentiality of data.
Coordinates and prioritizes administrative work, track and schedule meeting for supporting department management.
Screen incoming calls and reply on behalf of management incoming mails.
Schedule and book flight and hotel for overseas trip.
Provide support to general operations or specific department.
Solves basic and routine problems within set guidelines provided by supervisor.
Handle day to day tasks such as incoming mail, courier, travel, order office supplies and maintain a filing system.
Normally receives detailed instructions on all work and assist in preparation of memos, letters, presentations/ reports (typing, duplicate copies).
Plan and organize group meetings involving internal and external staff.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum GCE ‘O’ with secretarial experience preferably from manufacturing environment.
PC literate in Microsoft applications.
Meticulous, independent, analytical and possess good interpersonal skills
