- Able to maintain confidentiality of data.
- Coordinates and prioritizes administrative work, track and schedule meeting for supporting department management.
- Screen incoming calls and reply on behalf of management incoming mails.
- Schedule and book flight and hotel for overseas trip.
- Provide support to general operations or specific department.
- Solves basic and routine problems within set guidelines provided by supervisor.
- Handle day to day tasks such as incoming mail, courier, travel, order office supplies and maintain a filing system.
- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work and assist in preparation of memos, letters, presentations/ reports (typing, duplicate copies).
- Plan and organize group meetings involving internal and external staff.
Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired):
- Minimum GCE 'O' with secretarial experience preferably from manufacturing environment.
- PC literate in Microsoft applications.
- Meticulous, independent, analytical and possess good interpersonal skills
