Salary range – S$2,500.00 to S$3,000.00
Job Description – Admin / HR Assistant
Responsibilities
To assist the General Manager and Managing Director in completing administrative matters
To work closely with the General Manager for proper data computation & input
To assist the General Manager in preparing staff related forms and matters such as daily attendance taking, compiling weekly work activity, etc
To assist the General Manager in preparing construction worker related forms and matter such as printing and compiling of individual worker personal details, computation and calculation of worker time-cards, coordinating workers' medical appointments / other appointments, etc
To assist the General Manager in preparing Minutes-of-Meeting for in-office internal discussions
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the General Manager or the Managing Director.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any field
Fresh graduates are welcome
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel in particular)
Expectations

Have good presentation skills (Organized and neat in preparing documents)
Have good interpersonal skills
Have good reporting skills to top management
Is self-motivated and willing to learn
