We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Intern to assist the Personal Assistant (PA) in supporting day-to-day executive and administrative tasks.
This role offers valuable exposure to high-level business operations and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the PA in managing the Director's schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Support the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and events
- Handle correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of the PA when required
- Assist in coordinating logistics for company events, client visits, and internal activities
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of business-related materials
- Conduct basic research and data gathering to support executive decision-making
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors as directed by the PA
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma / Undergraduate student in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask
