We are a healthcare company seeking a motivated Marketing & Admin Assistant to join our team.
This full-time role combines administrative support with sales and marketing activities, making it ideal for someone eager to learn, support daily operations, and contribute to business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Support sales efforts by following up with customers and lead generation
Contribute to marketing activities aimed at boosting sales and revenue
Work with management to identify and pursue new opportunities for business growth
Co-ordinate the import process, including requesting quotations, arranging shipments, data entry, and documentation.
Provide general admin support and assist with ad hoc office duties as required
Requirements:
Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or Malaysia/North Asian work permit holders
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn
Interest in both office administration and online sales/marketing
Basic knowledge of MS Office and online marketing tools
Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work as a team.
