Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma, in any field of study.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin speaking personnel.
- Meticulous and able to multi-task well.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Liaise and coordinate with Ops department.
- Register and set up new jobs.
- Translate and draft quotations for Clients.
- Ensure Job Orders are accurately created.
- Track job progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare and draft invoices.
- Provide updates on job status.
- Maintain and update daily reports.
- Organise and manage files in folders.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor or the management.
