Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reception, cashiering and administrative duties within the department
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Provide recommendations and answer queries on relevant rehabilitation / homecare services
- Liaise with patients and vendors regarding the sale and rental of equipment
- Handle all insurance related matters
- Manage outpatient records, generate and collate data/reports as and when required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min GCE N/O level, or WSQ Cert in Healthcare Admin
- Relevant experience in healthcare industry preferred
- Possess good customer service skills and meticulous
- Able to commit 5.5 day work week
