- Provide support to various departments and operational teams
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, calculation, comparison and analysis
- Maintain employees' salary, leave, medical and attendance records
- Source for new vendors, suppliers and clients
- Liaise with internal and external partners
- Handle queries and feedback through various channels including phone, email, social media and other platforms
- Assist with sales, marketing & communications and public relations collaterals
- Research and monitor latest market and industry trends
- Present and propose new ideas and improvement plans
- Plan and execute company events or activities
- Support operations team and perform operational duties whenever necessary
- Assist with special projects
- Perform any other job tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Preferably with prior experience in similar role in Chinese restaurant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to speak and write Mandarin/Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues
- Willing to learn and open to taking on a variety of tasks
- Team player who is able to work independently
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and handle high volume of work in fast paced environment
