We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist / Admin to join our dynamic team operating in the bunker trading and Ship Owning industry.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, providing a welcoming and efficient service.
This role also involves handling various administrative tasks in cooperation with the finance team to support the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception:
Welcome guests and clients with a positive and professional attitude.
Telephone Management:
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
Office Maintenance:
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage stationery and pantry supplies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, including handling feedback and complaints.
Skills:
Basic proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
